This morning I read a post by Jamison @ Points Summary about someone who lost their bags on British Airways and went to quite some lengths to try and get their bags back which included tweeting relentlessly, creating memes, and purchasing promoted twitter posts, after British Airways lost his bags on a business trip which ruined it.

The story is now even on mashable!

This has happened before when United breaks guitars went viral.

I guess the ways to get attention change but all I can say is DAMN that is smart!

I should have thought of that when certain programs (*hem*) started devaluing!!! Then if we had gotten something trending on reddit/tumblr/twitter that would have been hilarious.

Something to do next time the devaluation train comes around. 😉
