US Airways raises change fees. Boohoo 🙁

(Canada) I stumbled upon a targeted RBC promotion for current promo for upgrading to a RBC Infinite Avion if you have have an RBC Rewards Gold Visa. Apparently people who received a letter asking them to upgrade for first year waived and 15,000 points which is quite good – in fact better than the public offer. This might be relevant as the card eligible for the promotion are the no-fee downgrade that the phone reps suggest when the annual fee is coming up. My parents do have these when they downgraded so I’ll see if they can take advantage of this. I don’t think they got targeted though. From RFD.
