From their FAQ:
Daily Getaways is a 5-week program that offers travel getaways across the United States at discounted prices every weekday at www.dailygetaways.com. Offers are sold at a fixed price in limited quantities and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Offers are purchased on the site but booking can be done at a later date. Offers go on sale at 1:00pm ET each weekday from June 10, 2013 to July 12, 2013.
In previous years some of the offers were very good however there has been a lot more competition for limited packages. It seems like they haven’t really increased the numbers that they are selling, as this year most of the packages have less than 200 in quantity available, except the ones that are marked with *increased quantity. But that’s only one day in the first two weeks that have that.
The deals are out for the first two weeks, which are June 10-14, and June 17-21.
Here they are:
It seems like the deals are relatively the same as the first two weeks last year. They honestly aren’t that great in my opinion, as I don’t need Las Vegas deals nor tickets to attractions. The Club Carlson points aren’t that great of a value, and neither are the Marriott certs. I’d probably get a better value from Hyatt certificates.
I’m not sure if Canadians can buy this either – as the FAQ says it’s limited to US residents only with a valid credit card. I didn’t get to try last year though as I was too slow – hopefully I’ll be better this time and then I’ll see what happens.
I am hoping for better deals though in the weeks following these!
