Consider following me on Twitter? I’m lonely sometimes… 😉
There’s been a lot of speculation about the 30,000 point signup bonus for  AMEX Starwood card for Americans as they’ve been banner ads on Flyertalk that have the link but redirected to a 25,000 points application.
Today several Delta and Starwood Elites have already received emails with an updated working link. I’m not sure whether the offer is targeted or not (as I didn’t receive the email) but looking at the application landing it does not seem that this offer is limited to those who have received the email.
These are links to the offers:

Remember that for Canadians the current best signup bonus for the AMEX SPG personal card is 20,000 points for their public offer and 21,000 points through non-public offer.
I received the the email today and I have no elite status, I figured it was linked to my history with Amex.
In terms of strategy, what is the current conventional wisdom with regard to applying for the personal and business versions on the same day? Are we still seeing a single pull? It will be 91 days since my last app tomorrow and I’ve never had either one. Thanks.
No, applying for both at the same time will get you two inquiries/hard pulls.
I can comfirm that the biz link works. I have the personal card already. Thanks for posting – enjoy the referal miles.
Cool, enjoy! I don’t think I get referral miles/affiliate revenue for these links though. 🙂
Thanks, approved using your non-referral links.
Enjoy!
Thanks for the info Jeff. Trying to structure my churn and it seems it is becoming increasingly hard to find opportunities to have the inquiries from multiple simultaneous applications consolidated into one. Combing through flyertalk, I find a lot of conflicting advice on this. Any combos you can vouch for? I guess I will have to experiment to know for sure.
From what I’ve read you can two applications at once, however you have to space them 5+ days apart, that’s an “automatic rule” by Amex. It’s a very lucrative bonus but only you can decide to what extent you want to go and get miles/points. 🙂
